"I'm honestly at a loss for words to receive the award," Mr Roughley said.
"It really was a humbling moment to be recognised and makes all the hard work put in worthwhile."
Mr Roughley has been serving up pizzas with Dominos for six-and-a-half years having slowly worked his way through the ranks.
"I started as a casual driver at Lithgow and now I am a store manager, I've also worked in the Bathurst, West Bathurst and Winmalee stores as store manager," he said.
Under Mr Roughley's management, the Lithgow store has achieved some outstanding results including an average Estimated Delivery Time of 18 minutes.
Mr Roughley said he was committed to providing the best service to his customers and it wouldn't be possible without his team members.
"It's a pleasure to work alongside such a motivated and supportive team every day," he said.
He said he loved the family atmosphere at Domino's Lithgow.
"We're like a tight-knit family that works together to provide fresh, hot pizzas to the families and customers who enjoy our food so much," he said.
Mr Roughley thanked his team members for their support and hard work which led to his prestigious award.
"This really wouldn't have been possible without the team of the Lithgow store.
"I'm really just one person and each and every member is equally as deserving of this award as I am as they have all worked very hard, particularly during this COVID-19 period," he said.
"Also this achievement wouldn't have been possible without Franchisees James and Astrid, who also won an award in their own right as Multi - Unit Franchisee of the Year for ANZ."
Mr Roughley said he was excited to continue wowing Lithgow pizza lovers with "delicious hot meals delivered safely and quickly."
