Wallerawang Public School was also awarded champion school, narrowly beating Lithgow Public School in a race that went down to the final relay event.
Wallerawang's qualifying swimmers now set their sights on the Western trials which is on Friday, March 12.
"If our swimmers swim just as well as they did at the district trials then I won't be surprised if we have some qualifying students at the state trials," Mr Campling said.
Wallerawang Public School and the Lithgow District PSSA Association wishes all students who have qualified for the Western Swimming trials, regardless of their school all the very best.
