The office was charged with seven offences including possess unauthorised prohibited firearm, not keep firearm safely-prohibited firearm, possess unregistered firearm-prohibited firearm, acquire unregistered firearm-prohibited firearm, acquire firearm no licence or permit-prohibited firearm, acquire firearm no permit to acquire-prohibited firearm, and Holder of Category A or B licence not have approved storage.

The officer, a 34-year-old male senior constable, is attached to a command in the Western Region and attended Lithgow Police Station following the search warrant executed at his home.
He is due to appear at Bathurst Local Court on Monday, January 25 2021.
