The program is a partnership between the Cat Protection Society NSW, Lithgow City Council and local veterinary services.
This year it will cost just $50 for Health-Care card holders and pensioners to de-sex and micro-chip their cat.
There are limited spots available so those interested should enquire and register as soon as possible to secure a place.

The program will run until December, 29, 2021 or until all funding is spent.
Lithgow City Council mayor Ray Thompson said the program was a great opportunity for residents with cats in the Lithgow LGA.
"Residents should take advantage of discounted de-sexing. It's important to remember that kittens can have kittens," he said.
To get involved call the Cat Protection Society of NSW on (02) 9519 7201 Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm to select a vet and make payment to secure your place.
