Despite not being able to have family and friends there in support, students printed out photos of loved ones and sat them on socially-distanced chairs.
In a speech by school captains Shannon O'Regan and Kiran Gajula, they thanked their teachers and family for their support through "this insane year".
"Without their support, I really don't know if we could have made it through remote learning, any of our exams or just school in general," Shannon said.
"To Ms Smith we can't thank you enough for your kind words and advice throughout the course of the last two years. You have made La Salle a place where we feel comfortable and welcome. Also a special thanks on behalf of Shannon and I for giving us the opportunity to represent La Salle as school captains for 2020," Kiran said.
In a Facebook post La Salle Academy stated: "We are so proud of all our graduation students this year and their endurance and maturity to cope with the fallout and challenged from COVID-19."

Prior to graduating, year 12 spent the week with an elf auction and muck up day.
After some furious bidding for the year 12 'elves', they were put to work by their winning bidders.
Cars were washed, rooms were cleaned, maths work was completed and eggs were cooked.
Year 12 raised almost $750 for their chosen charity.
On their 'muck up' day Year 12 had teachers paying for the privilege of the car park after being COVID 'tested' by students in full PPE clothing.
Staff and students also enjoyed a game of basketball.
