The woman, who was of Asian appearance and aged between 65 and 75, collapsed outside a licensed club on Anzac Avenue in Fairfield on November 13, 2019.
She died in hospital on December 6 and her death is not considered suspicious, however police still don't know who she was.
She was carrying a false identity card with the name Thi-Muoi Bui.
Police on Thursday released photos of the woman, hoping someone will come forward to identify her.
