At 9.30am on Tuesday, investigators attached to Chifley Police District executed a firearm prohibition order and a weapons prohibition order at a home on Castlereagh Highway at Cullen Bullen.
During the search of the home officers located and seized what will be alleged to be methylamphetamine and prohibited weapons in the form of knuckle dusters, an extendable baton and ammunition.
A 40-year-old man was arrested and taken to Lithgow Police Station.
He was charged with two counts of use prohibited weapon contrary to prohibition order, possess prohibited drug and firearm found at premises-subject to prohibition order
The man was given conditional bail to appear at Lithgow Local Court in October.
