The Bathurst club turned on their fortunes in Wednesday night's Western Premier League clash at home.
A brace from Jacob Soetens and a goal from teammate Tom Dale helped the Goats recover from a 1-nil half-time deficit and claim a vital 3-2 win, keeping them in touch with the competition's top clubs.
Panorama's plan to increase the tempo of their play at the start of the second half paid off in a big way, turning the match on its head during a magical 13-minute window featuring all three of their goals.
"When I went off and Jacob came on we were able to beat them with a bit of speed, and that showed with him scoring a double and Tommy Dale scoring the other one. They're two of the quickest blokes I've ever played with," Panorama's Ryan Peacock said of the second half.
"We exploited what we saw on the night, which is a bit different from how we've been playing.
"It gives us a lot of confidence going into another tough game this weekend against Macquarie.
"It keeps us in touch with the teams at the top and coming against a team like Lithgow, it's massive."
Following an even opening 10 minutes Lithgow started to eat up the bigger share of possession and as a result created several scoring chances.
Jordan Fordham was left unmarked on a Workies corner in the 12th minute but put his open header left of the target.
Shortly after he managed to work his way behind the Panorama defence and got a shot off towards the bottom right corner, putting it just wide.
The pressure eventually reaped Lithgow a reward in the 32nd minute as Ben Sheehan spun away from his defender at the top of the penalty area and put away a clean strike into the Panorama net.
One of Panorama's rare genuine scoring chances came two minutes before the break when Dale put Soetens into space down the left wing, but his shot hit the left side of the net.
But those two players were about to have their moment in the spotlight.
Soetens attracted several defenders with a run into the box and cut the ball back inside to an open Dale who got the hosts on the board in the 52nd minute.
A precision long ball behind the Workies defensive line just four minutes later allowed Soetens to put the Goats in front.
The amazing run for the hosts continued when Soetens made a break through the middle of the ground, worked the ball around the goalkeeper, and finished under pressure from the top left corner of the penalty area.
Lithgow gave Panorama a late scare when Fordham connected with a long ball into the box but the Goats held on - giving themselves a boost after a 1-all draw with Workies earlier this season.
