The charges come after a a 56-year-old sergeant attached to the Western Region was arrested at Forbes last Thursday.
A 35-year-old male senior constable and a 40-year-old female senior constable, face three charges each.
The joint investigation was initiated in 2018 by Central West Police District and Professional Standards Command following reports of misconduct.
The two officers were charged with misconduct, hindering an investigation into a serious offence and acting with the intention to pervert the court of justice.
They will face court in Parkes on August 3 and both remain suspended with pay.
Investigations are ongoing.
