Tour director Steve Ridd has a passion for tourism and has been in discussion with Lithgow Tourism and Lithgow City Council about getting the ball rolling for a Federal Government funded mini bus.
Lithgow City mayor Cr Ray Thompson said he couldn't speak on the matter until it was put forth to council.
"It will be a Council decision.

"It will come up in Council if the Lithgow Tourism committee put a recommendation in and we will make a resolution to either support or not to support it," he said.
Lithgow Tourism manager Simon Francis said other than an initial discussion at officer level, no formal proposal had yet been put to Council.
"If a proposal is submitted it can be considered.
"If the gentleman wishes to submit a proposal and the nature of the proposal cannot be dealt with without a report to the elected Council then it would be put forward," he said.
Mr Francis said the tourism committee awaited details of a formal submission.
"At this current point in time there is not enough information to provide any further feedback," he said.
