As much as 100 millimetres could fall in Cowra, while other locations could also see heavy rain on Wednesday and Thursday.
Among the others towns predicted to receive good rain are Orange and Parkes which have a 90 per cent chance of up to 60mm of rain for the last two days of April.

Rain is also predicted in Bathurst, Dubbo, Forbes, Oberon, Wellington and Young, with these locations predicted to receive up to 50mm during the two days.
There's a 90 per cent chance of up to 40mm of rain for Mudgee to round out April, while around 20mm is predicted for Lithgow.
More rainfalls and well below average temperatures are predicted for Friday, but for more towns the chance of rain falls to around 50 per cent.
