The men's rugby league team is lead out by coach Johnny Farr who has been training the boys hard since the start of January.
The Bears have welcomed a lot of newcomers to the club including a lot of young players who are keen to a have a run.
Each week, new players have been showing up to training as they've heard positive attributes of the clubs atmosphere, morals and Johnny's coaching.
The girls league tag coach Monique Millmore is very enthusiastic and excited for the 2020 season.
The team has a mixture of returning and new players, with the new players picking up the game really quickly over the past two months.
The girls have also been training hard with the commitment and skills coming together as weeks go by.

Both coaches are feeling positive about the 2020 season and predict that the Bears may be coming into the competition as the underdogs.
With Kandos and Blackheath having a year off and Orange United being new to the competition it gives the Bears a leg up.
The Bears will be the ones to watch out for this season in both rugby league and league tag.
Both coaches have also concentrated on training techniques and self-awareness rather than throwing them into trial games.
These coaches week in and week out turn up on a volunteer basis to coach the game that a lot of Lithgow community members are passionate about.
The Bears Club are preparing for the season with a lot of community activity involvement due to the recent events in Lithgow this includes, mental illness and suicide prevention games against Kandos and other events such as supporting local charities.
