On Wednesday, April 1 at 10.30am a special morning tea titled 'Gifts of Love', will be held at Lithgow Baptist Church on the Great Western Highway.
In 2019 Lithgow donated 1133 boxes which were then sent to the Philippines and 273,160 boxes were sent from Australia and New Zealand.

Many have already begun collecting the six 'somethings' that are required for each box. These include:
- Something for School (pencils, Exercise books)
- Something for Hygiene (soap, washer, hair things)
- Something to Wear (T-shirts, thongs, undies, skirts, shorts)
- Something to Play with (balls, ropes, toys, marbles)
- Something Special (stickers, bags, fishing/sewing kits)
- Something to Love (soft toys)
