"We look forward to exploring opportunities in Lithgow through the development of affordable properties to increase housing supply in the area."
For Lithgow Community Housing's tenants and employees, it is business as usual.
Bev Wiggins, Lithgow Community Housing's long-standing manager said that their tenants and the community wouldn't notice any major changes when they open the office under Wentworth's banner on Tuesday, March 31.
"We will be working with the same contractors and local community service providers," she said.
"I'm really excited to work with Wentworth to continue to deliver much needed housing to our tenants and services to the Lithgow community."
