The classes are aimed at all members of the community over the age of 18, regardless of their fitness ability.
There will be two sessions a day, morning and lunch time so that residents can choose which one suits them.
"I got approached by the company since I had the relevant boxing and personal training qualifications and I just jumped at the chance to be involved," Andrew Neville said.
Monday through to Thursday Neville will be offering boxing and boot camp training and on Friday Sue Craig will be offering free yoga classes.
"This has always been a business goal of mine, to offer free classes, I just never knew how to make it work," he said.
"This is one of the ways, since it is already established and I'm being paid for my services."
Neville said these classes aren't just for Lithgow residents but everyone in the wider community.
While these classes won't be associated with Neville's business ANT Fitness, he will be relying on his employees.
"I will use my current staff at ANT Fitness to help juggle it all so that my usual clients are still well catered for," he said
"I will probably bring a bit of ANT Fitness to the classes because I will be designing the sessions."
Neville said he will bring a personal touch to the classes and wanted to show the community what it was that he offered in Portland.
"It's a good way to get my name out there and to promote my business because people that may have never heard of me can get a taste for it," he said.
"It will also be great to get outdoors in some nice settings to start the day with some exercise."
The classes will launch on Wednesday, February 5 at Queen Elizabeth Park. Each day there will be a session at 6.30am in QLP and then at the Blast Furnace at 12.15pm.
Live Life Get Active area manager Glenn Reynolds said that it was a great initiative started by Amanda King and personal friend and Olympian James Flemming.
"They really started it for participants who couldn't afford to exercise at a gym...it was started around six years ago now," he said.
The project which has seen lots of participants around the country is now starting to launch into country towns, which is why Lithgow was selected.
Reynolds said that another reason Live Life get Active was a positive for the community was the mental health side of things.
"Mental health is really important in the country and it is a subject that isn't looked after as much, so we hope we can change that."
