The free community event sees walkers, joggers and runners gather at Lithgow Pony Club every Saturday morning to complete a five kilometre track together.
Parkrun starts at 7.45am for a pre event briefing before the run or walk gets underway at 8am.
Lithgow Parkrun has held 144 events over its three years with 1086 different runners participating and 104 walking and running clubs joining in on the fun.

On Saturday there will be a sweet treat on offer after some exercise with a celebration birthday cake.
Organisers urged the community to come along, get out of the house and enjoy some fitness and fun.
The parkrun course is accessible to vision impaired people with the assistance of a guide that can be arranged for you.
The course also caters to families, with prams being used on the course, dogs are also able to run the course with their owners.
