Wallerawang
The Wallerawang RFS states it has been "flat out working"
"We're always running out of things we need to keep us going, if we could receive help would be greatly appreciated," member Angie said.
Things needed include bottled water, fruit cups, poppers, small packets of chips, fruit, coffee sachets, electrolyte powder and anything else that makes a handy snack on the go.
The Wallerawang drop off address is Shirley at 13 Cripps Avenue, Wallerawang.
Drop off times: Friday all day up until 5pm; Sunday all day up until 5pm Monday all day up until 5pm Wednesday up until 5pm.
Capertee
In a social media post, Captain Steve Dalli said the crew had been constantly running out of snacks for the crew while they are on the go.
Some handy items would include: mini chocolates, small bags of lollies, small packets of chips/shapes, poppers, bottled water, lip balm, sunscreen and Bushmans insect repellent.
Drop off locations include 42 Paris Parade Katoomba. They are on the hunt for a closer drop-off point.
Tarana
Tarana volunteer bushfire brigade has started to form volunteer groups to clean out trucks when they return from the fire ground, replenish stocks and check safety equipment.
This Sunday, Tarana will host its farmers markets and the donation bucket will be doing the rounds.
Crews are raising funds for truck fridges to carry cold water; better breathing masks; to run a community first aid course, to train more truck drivers and a pressure washer.
Mount Victoria
Volunteers would like to start making up small snack bags for the crews.
"Anything you can offer would be much appreciated," the shout out stated.
So first off the list would be snacks for snack bags - tiny teddies, lollies, jelly beans, muesli bars - anything for a per crew snack bag.
Other handy items include lip balm (stick type), pocket wet wipes and tissues, throat lozenges, hand sanitizer (pocket size), sunscreen, insect repellent, poppers, electrolyte powder, small UHT milk and ice blocks.

Medlow Bath
Medlow Bath Rural Fire Brigade sent out its thanks on Wednesday night after an influx of public support, contributing ready-made meals and snacks for the brigade.
