The kids got to make glittery magic reindeer food, participate in Christmas art and craft, play on a jumping castle and enjoy a barbecue dinner.
Santa even made a surprise visit for the kids, to find out what they want for Christmas and whether they have been well behaved this year.

HIPPY coordinator Natasha Young said the turn out was better then expected, with immediate and extended family turning out for the event.
"It is for our families to come together and celebrate the end of the year and their achievements," she said.
