The Blue Fox Bar and Kitchen pop up restaurant is set to open on Wednesday, December 4 at 5pm.
The business will be located at The Old Exhange building at 83 Main Street for the next six months while repairs take place following devastation and heartache from the October fire.
The Blue Fox's Holly Vatalis said it had been busy trying to get things set up in time for Wednesday's opening, but she was thankful for the support.
"The help from friends and the community has been amazing as always. Henry's Plant and Equipment Hire even lent us a truck to help move some things down here from up the road," she said.
She said the restaurant was filling up with bookings, especially due to a smaller space.

"We're getting really full, down the road we could have around 120 people but we're working with a smaller space so bookings are recommended.
"Even though it's smaller it's still better than nothing and keeps us in a job," she said.
Ms Vatalis said she looked forward to getting the staff and everyone back together.
"It's been a bumpy ride but we're looking forward to Wednesday, having everyone back together and it'll be different being this side of Main Street," she said.
She said people could expect to see a new menu, new dishes and more summery cocktails.
The pop up restaurant will operate from Wednesday to Sunday 12pm 'til late. There is plenty of parking behind and disabled access.
To make a booking contact The Blue Fox on 6352 1259.
