The program is held each Tuesday at Lithgow Basketball Stadium and run by basketball coach Heidi Inwood and Junior Development Officer Adam Marjoram.
"The aim of the program is to introduce our young players to basketball. For the kids to get the feel of the game with-out any pressure," Inwood said.
"The games are not scored so the kids don't have to worry about the score, making it more relaxed."
About 30 children take part in the program and it is open to everyone in the under 10's age category.

The program consists of 30 minute sessions with the first 10 minutes dedicated to practising and learning basketball skills followed by a 20-minute basketball game with 10 minutes in each half.
The program encourages basketball participation in a friendly environment.
"I see basketball becoming more popular as The Kings are on a winning streak!" Inwood said.
"This is the first time that we have held an under 10's competition for a few years. With the success of this short competition, we will be looking at running it again in 2020."
