Hampton won the toss and elected to bat, with Ryan Bilby (23) and Jared Duff (16) top-scoring on the team's way to 77.
Housos lost two wickets on their way to the total, which they amassed in 14 overs.
Both wickets were claimed by Bradley Kay.
La Salle Hornets v Lithgow Valley Cricket Club
The Morris boys, Eli and dad Peter, got their innings off to a good start with 16 and 21 runs respectively, but it was Kynan Coombs in the mid-order who really made his way.
He had 54 before he was run out, setting up a final total of 137.
It was tough going for the batsmen against David Hartley's blistering form with the ball. He claimed four wickets, while fellow bowlers Jonathan Reid finished with two and Sam Johnson, Riley Bell and Michael Inzitari had one each.
Valley's Sonu Kumar was the only one to fire with the bat in their innings, with 36 runs. No one else made double figures and the team was finished on just 64.
Eli and Peter shared the bowling honours, with three wickets each. Wickets also went to Robert Spillane and Kynan Coombs.
The duck pond
La Salle's Lachlan Thompson and Peter Cronin were out for no score. Their Valley opponents Stephen Moore and Riley Bell joined them.
Hampton's Malik Khowaja, Rob Gracey and Kim de Govrik also went for a swim, failing to score against Housos.
