Since its start in 2017, the tournament has quickly grown to become the single largest open men's and women's rugby sevens carnival in NSW.
Setting the tournament apart is the decision to restrict entries based on the geographical location of teams in an attempt to support the Western Sydney, Blue Mountains and Greater West rugby regions.
Tournament director Chris Nay said "2019 is definitely shaping to be the biggest we have had".
"The team entries are all quality and the weather is indicating great conditions for fast-paced rugby.
"We now feel we are at a point with the event where the quality on the field is at a great level," said Mr Nay.
"As such, we are really keen for the people of the Blue Mountains, Penrith and Greater West to come along and see what a rugby sevens atmosphere is all about.
"We have music all day, food trucks, fete stalls and quality men's and women's sport, so we are hoping this year we can take the next step, generate some good crowds and host an event our area will be proud of."
Matches will commence from 8.15am and run throughout the day as teams progress from the pool stages through to the finals, which commence from 3pm. Gates open from 7am.
