Over 40 walkers put on the iconic yellow t-shirt for a lap around Lake Pillans and to talk all things mental health.
Walk 'n' Talk for Life Lithgow's Leanne Walding said it was a good way to start off the day and bring the community to connect.

"With the struggles of the drought and now bushfires it's nice to be able to bring people out and have a relaxing and enjoyable day," she said.
Lithgow Blast is on from 2pm-9pm with live music, food and craft stalls and activities to keep you entertained.
