Organisers of the local appeal are planning a drop off just before Christmas.
"We want to try to make it a decent Christmas for them out there," organiser Nigel Truslove said.
"Our motto is 'Help a mate you've never met'.
"They feed us - this is a chance for us to put a hand in our pocket to help them out."
This will be the second run carried out by the Portland based group, which collected goods at the October 26 Celebrate Portland festival.
You can see the Baradine CWA's thrilled reception of the delivery here:
A huge amount of water, pet food and other goods were loaded up into two big trailer loads, which was delivered to the Drought Pantry that evening.
"It was a big day," Nigel said.
As well as the goods, school students from Thomas Reddall High School collected cans to amass more than $400 in vouchers to be donated.
A total of $475 in cash was also donated on the day.
The Baradine CWA said the donation would help feed 142 families.
Collecting for the Christmas run will end on November 30, with the delivery on December 6.
Other drop off points include Foodworks Portland, Octec Bathurst, the IGA in Trinity Heights and H&R Block in Bathurst.
Suggested donation items include drinking water, canned food, long-life foods such as pasta, sauces, condiments, tea and coffee, toiletries and household items. You can see a suggested list at the Celebrate Portland Facebook site.
