In October 2009, The Lithgow Mercury were out and about and covering loads of great events. It was Halloween (of course), Portland Spring Fair, school excursions, Blackheath Rhoodendron Festival, Anniversaries, Races and School Formals.
In the sporting world people were playing baseball, softball, touch football, tennis, cricket and competing in triathlons.
