Over the coming weekends, she will be throwing open her home at 700 Forty Bends Road, South Bowenfels, for afternoon tea and to sell some posies to help raise funds for the Lithgow brass band.
The afternoon teas will be run from 2-5pm.
On November 2 and 3, it will held be in conjunction with the Lithgow Arts Trail. It will also be held on November 9 and 10 and November 16 and 17.
The afternoon tea will include cake (pineapple upsidedown cake, vanilla slice with passionfruit icing, apple and cinnamon with caramel sauce, rhubarb and coconut or Turkish Delight meringue) all served with fresh cream, biscuits or toast. Afternoon tea prices average at $10 per person.
Peonies will also be on sale for $2.
