Eight providers from around the region including Lithgow, Orange and Dungog were selected to share their mental health initiatives. Lithgow was the only school initiative on the day.
Lithgow High School principal Ann Caro said it was an opportunity share information with others and for them to ask questions about the centre.
"We had a display and showed a short video about our Wellbeing Centre and what's involved," she said.
She said the chance to showcase the centre at Parliament recognised the individual work of the whole Lithgow community.

Member for Bathurst Paul Toole also attended the showcase and said it was a fantastic initiative.
