The annual gathering, organised by Professionals Lithgow, raises funds for the Pink Ribbon appeal which supports breast cancer research.
Professionals Lithgow licensee Tina Case said the fundraiser was a great way to start the morning as it was all for a good cause.
"National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is really important to the Professionals, for the sale of every house we sell, we donate a sum to NBCF.

"The Professionals have been paired with NBCF for 15 years, the Lithgow office has been open for 13 and we've been doing this breakfast for seven," she said.
Ms Case said the fundraiser was also important to her personally after having family members experience cancer.
"My mum had breast cancer, she had a mastectomy so it's really close to me...
"I've got a daughter, two sisters, two nieces... it's in our family history, my aunt also had it, so it's very important to me to raise some funds even though my work is doing it anyway - it's important to me too," she said.
So far the event had raised just over $4,000 and Ms Case was hopeful to reach four and a half.
