The Central Western Daily's resident experts will put together their short-list of nominees for each position, before opening voting up to the public to have the final say.
Of course voting isn't restricted to the players our experts nominate either, the public will be able to enter their own nominations as well and should they receive enough votes they will be included in the final team.
For the multiple-player positions - prop, second row, centre and wing - our experts will nominate eight players and the public will vote on two each, with the two highest-polling players to be named.
For the single-player positions - hooker, lock, halfback, five-eighth and fullback - there will be five nominations, with the highest-polling player to make the final cut.
Voting for coach of the year will also be included, so with a number of player-coaches in Group 10 don't be surprised to see some double ups.

"Plenty of people had their say in the Central West Rugby Union poll so we're hoping to see as many people dive in and vote on the Group 10 equivalent," Central Western Daily sports reporter Matt Findlay explained.
"We want to hear what the fans and players around the competition think, because as anyone knows it's accolades you receive from those people that really matter rather than just our opinions.
"There's been some incredible individual players in 2019 and we really hope this helps highlight their efforts. It'll be interesting to see who eventually makes the cut."
The voting will kick-off position-by-position on Monday, October 7, beginning with the props.
The full schedule is below with voting remaining open until the final team is announced on the afternoon of Sunday, October 20.
