The crash occurred just before 7am.

MOTORISTS travelling on the Great Western Highway are urged to reduce their speed following a crash between a car and truck on Monday morning.
The accident occurred at 6.52am at Meadow Flat, near Sherwood Road, between Bathurst and Lithgow.
Emergency services are on scene at the crash site and traffic has been impacted in both directions.

At 7.15 Live Traffic had not advised of any diversions for motorists.
Drivers are urged to reduce their speed and exercise caution.
At this stage it is unknown how many people are involved or what injuries have been sustained.
