But not at Cooerwull Public School.
Friday, September 20 marked a celebration for Stage 1 students marking the end of their term-long investigation into water.
The focus on water was part of an overall study of earth and space.

During the day, the students undertook science experiments and art projects, taking some time out to enjoy a special themed lunch.
The students have been paying particular attention to our local water dams and rivers, and water sustainability.
