Work has now commenced on the second floor of Lithgow Aged Care's 36 bed facility.
Lithgow Aged Care states this state-of-the-art, architect-designed, north-facing residential facility will feature underground secure parking, a lift access, beautifully appointed rooms with ensuite bathrooms, and dining and lounge areas that look out towards the hills of Lithgow.
Entertainment will be catered for with lounge areas, visitor rest rooms and a barbecue terrace set within peaceful and landscaped gardens.
Lithgow Aged Care estimates the building works will be complete by mid February. One fully completed exhibition room will be available to view by Christmas. This will give interested, prospective residents and their families the opportunity to see what the completed facility will look like.
