With yellow tables, chairs, a seat and three bikes recycled from the Lithgow tip, the decorations add bright colour to lane.
Even George Quinell's old scout hat has been spray painted and added to the artwork.
This year every item has come from waste to be turned into art, and the only cost to the group came from the yellow spray paint.
Tidy Towns secretary Kathleen Compton said each year the group tries to do something different.
"This year we are doing something quirky, so we hope that people stop and look, we want to provide that social inclusion," Ms Compton said.

"We just want to thank the community for being supportive of our projects, I know people always worry about it getting damaged, but the truth is we've hardly had any damage to our projects, and if we are always worried about damage we would never do anything."
The art work will be in the lane for the next two weeks, so check it out while you can.
