A WOMAN has been arrested after allegedly holding up the 7-Eleven convenience store at Kelso twice in the space of four hours.

Chifley Police District officers have been investigating the robberies which targeted the store on the Great Western Highway about 9.30pm on Monday and again at 1.30am on Tuesday.
Police have been told a woman had allegedly threatened the store attendant with a knife, stealing cigarettes and other items.
ALSO MAKING NEWS:
The first time the woman left the scene in a car. However, when police returned at 1.30am she was found in the cool room and was arrested.
The 31-year-old woman has now been charged with two counts of robbery armed with offensive weapon.
She has been refused bail to appear in Bathurst Local Court today.
