The MyHousing app is a simple way for housing tenants to manage their details and view their accounts, including rent and water, as well as make payments, lodge maintenance requests and view transaction records.
The MyHousing app reduces the need for customers to stand in line at their local office or fill out paper forms.
It's so simple and convenient, and allows customers to access many of the housing services in their own time at the touch of a button.
Thanks to this new technology, our customers will be able to easily access services anywhere, anytime and it means less frustration for tenants and applicants and more time for staff to focus on helping people with the greatest needs.

A chance to make a difference
Do you have a community infrastructure project that needs funding?
Well, this is the chance for everyone across the Bathurst Electorate to make a real difference to their community.
If you have a community infrastructure project that needs support, you could be eligible for a grant from the NSW Government.
I am inviting community organisations across the region to apply for funding to support local projects under the NSW Government's Infrastructure Grants program.
There's $12.5 million available in the 2019/20 program for new or upgraded facilities across sport and recreation, arts and culture, disaster readiness and community infrastructure.
I would encourage local organisations to consider applying for a project that will help make a real difference to the local community.
The 2019/20 program has been expanded to support projects that build community connections and the application process has been streamlined to make it easier and quicker.
For the first time, the grants are available for projects that support youth, mental health, homelessness and domestic violence services as well as drought-affected communities.
Since 2013, the NSW Government has funded over 320 community projects worth $78 million under the Infrastructure Grants program.
The grants are made possible by the Clubgrants Category 3 Fund which re-invests profits from gaming machines into community projects.
Applications for the first round of funding for 2019/20 are open from Monday, August 5 to Monday, August 26.
If community organisations are unsure whether their projects are eligible for a grant, they can contact 9995 0992.
