Director of Hotondo Homes, Colin Duncan, has been in the building industry for 40 years and celebrates 20 years of involvement with Hotondo Homes this year. He said it was great to be a part of the franchise and is looking forwards to soon opening it's doors in Lithgow.
"As our brand strength continues to grow and interest from the Lithgow/ Hartley regional also continues to grow, we felt the need to have a sales office in Lithgow," he said. "We have built many homes in the Lithgow area and look to build more in the coming years where we will truly be your local builder".
It's all about giving back to the community that support you.
- Scott McGavock, Hotondo Homes
Scott McGavock from Hotondo Homes said being local was important to everyone involved in building a home. We are a group of local builders with local knowledge and are well known in our community," he said.
"We have grown substantially over the years to accommodate the needs of our clients and the changing face of the residential building industry, but at the same time we remain small enough to provide the personal service and quality of build that our customers have come to expect".

"It's all about giving back to the community that support you," he said. "We have been involved with local organisations in the Blue Mountains including the Rural Fire Service and sporting clubs. We are also support the Variety Club Big Bash and the Make A Wish Foundation, and we hope to get more involved in the Lithgow community".
And the communities where Hotondo Homes have had an ongoing presence have certainly taken advantage of the community mindedness and personal attention that Hotondo can offer with Scott saying they loved seeing repeat customers. "We pride ourselves on seeing clients come back to build their second, third and even fourth home". For more information visit www.hotondo.com.au.
