The Australian government imitative aims to empower everyone to use the internet and everyday technology to thrive in the digital world.
The libraries will be holding sessions on the basics of using digital devices and engaging with the internet, to further improve residents knowledge.
Residents can bring their own device or use the library devices.
"People with low internet skills can often feel isolated from their community and family at a time in their lives when feeling connected is increasingly important," Lithgow City Council mayor Ray Thompson said.
"It is wonderful that there are opportunities at the Library to learn new skills."

The Lithgow Library's sessions have been all booked out, as well as the Monday session at Wallerawang.
Places are still available at Portland Library on Monday, July 29, Tuesday, July 30 and Wednesday, July 31 and at Wallerawang for the Tuesday and Wednesday session.
