The ladies secured a solid 4-0 win with Amelia Leard scoring twice followed by Ashley Luka and Mackenzie Stewart.
Panthers assistant coach Guy Mannering said the side displayed a solid effort on the day and were improving each week.
"Ex-Services played a very tough game and were always in the game even though they had no reserves, we were happy with our movement up the front but probably rushed a few shots which cost us a few goals," he said.
"A few times Orange were able to expose our defence and this is something we need to work on as we play the last three round games."
Bianca Hemmy had a solid game according to Mannering, and was pivotal in Panthers' ball movement up the field.

He also said Luka was developing into a consistent striker for the purples, while Leard's been able to play increased minutes with each game as she returns from injury.
"It was pleasing to see our efforts as training working in some aspects on game day, but we still have a few things to improve on especially this week when we take on St Pat's, they're only two points behind us," Mannering said.
"They are a tough team at any time of the competition, especially at business end and at home where they will have local support.
