On Saturday, July 13 the reserve grade raked in 11 tries and five goals over the 80 minutes, the windy conditions keeping the successful goal kicking to a minimum.
Workies forward Sam Rushworth said the side had an extremely strong performance.
"Another win, so that's 12 in a row now which is good, and still undefeated," he said.
"We just toughed out the weather and came home with another win."
Lithgow's right centre, Scott McCann opened the scoring before hooker Connor Legge also crossed the line to take the Workies to a 10-0 lead.
It wasn't long before Workies right winger John Nankervis and halfback Trent Sutherland also crossed the line for the team to widen their lead to 20-0.
Brendon Van Veen scored the final try for the Workies in the first half before Cym's Will Petrie found an opening and crossed the line for their only points of the match.
The reserve grade had enjoyed a week off, but Rushworth said it wasn't easy taking weeks off.
"It's kind of hard, you play one week and then are off the other week, so trying to play consistent is the hard thing," he said.
According to Rushworth the side ran away with the match in the second half.
"We came out today and especially in the second half we really went away with the game," he said.
The Workies continued their dominance into the second half, with Wolves lock Jake Gale scoring the first try.
Nankervis scored his second try for the match, followed by Riley Allan and Brent Brogan, taking their sides lead out to 44-4.
Not wanting to be stopped, Wolves five eighth Harley Osland and Nick Miller both scored their first tries of the match, while Legge closed out the scoring with his second try of the match.
It was the Lithgow sides defence which saw the Orange Cyms score stay at four, according to Rushworth.
"It was a combination I think, we defended really well, this year our defence has been really good...and our tries kind of just flow on from our defence," Rushworth said.
He said his side has set a goal for the rest of the season.
"Our goal is to keep our against [points] under 100 points this year, it's just a bit of a goal we have set for ourselves," he said.
The side is currently on 86 against points.
"It was just another good win, so we hope to keep rolling through and hopefully stay undefeated for the rest of the year," Rushworth said.
The side will take on the last placed Blayney Bears in an away match this weekend.
