Wolves, comprising Dylan Anlezark, Hayden Cox, Michael Cox, Blake Holmes, Matt Hughes, Eric Joyce, Austyn Lincoln and Fletcher Swift, completed an undefeated season with their 68-57 win. Wolves led at every break in what turned out to be a defensive battle that saw each team only able to convert one three-point attempt each.
Minor premiers Wolves had qualified for the decider with a 78-65 win over the youthful Young Guns side in the major semi.
Bulls (Scott Doonan, Caleb Fitzpatrick, Blake Goldspink, Kade Inwood, Adam Marjoram, Joel O'Brien, Ethan Pringle and Scott Simcoe) had finished the regular season in third place and scored a 77-66 minor semi-final victory over fourth team Lakers before eliminating the second-placed Young Guns in the final, 74-64.
The summer competition is set to start in mid-August. Interested players can get further information on the Lithgow Basketball Development Facebook page or contact John Cox (0437 307 569).
