Lithgow Local Court heard Kerry Bernice Allen, 46, had been involved in a dispute with a man on nearby street in Bowenfels.
At 9.30am on December 13, police attended the man's home after a report was made to Crimestoppers stating that the occupant was selling drugs. They left shortly afterwards and the man contacted Allen, telling her to "get a life".
At 10am, a call was made to triple zero reporting the man was in front of his house with a machete making death threats. Police attended, with lights and sirens activated. The court heard the man invited the officers inside to view CCTV footage of his property which showed, the police report stated to the court, he had never been armed. Allen was arrested.
As well as community service, she was placed on a three year community corrections order.
