The championships will be contested from July 6-8, with three teams to represent the Lithgow District Netball Association at the event.
It will be a full weekend for the crew, with teams expected to play 19 games against regions from across the state in the division four competition.
Games will be shortened to 12 minute halves.
The action will get under way early on Saturday, with all teams participating in a march past at the Penrith venue.
In the lead-up to the event, under 13's coach Leanne Houlison said the teams competed in three carnivals to build up some experience. They travelled to Parkes, Cowra and Orange to compete.
The under 12's team has been coached by Denise Nightingale and the Under 14's by Sheree Elliott.
The under 12's girls were playing for their injured teammate Jarah Cafe, who was not able to attend the event, and held up her photo in their team shot.
