Based in Lithgow, Ms Wilson is a registered NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) provider.
She said her aim was to provide a tailored individualised service to meet the needs of her clients. Her person-centered service focused on being flexible.
"I'm not a 9 to 5 kind of person," she said.
"What I was hearing from people was that there was a call for an independent provider who was not tied in to a particular organisation's philosophy."
The kind of services Ms Wilson will be offering include coordinating support for people living with disabilities, domestic and personal tasks, shopping, social and community participation, respite and many other services as required.
"I am super excited to get started," she said.
"I've got the passion, it's in my blood after having worked in the industry so long."
