The woman was taken from a Wallerawang home to hospital suffering from injuries to her face, swelling and bleeding.
A 23-year-old Wallerawang man has been charged with her assault. He was initially refused bail and faced Lithgow Local Court. He has been released on bail and will face charges at a later date.
Bail breach
A 38-year-old man was arrested in Lithgow on Wednesday, June 19, for breaching his bail conditions. He was granted bail to return to court at a later date.
Licence suspended
A 69-year-old Lithgow man had his licence immediately suspended for three months after he was stopped for a random breath test on Methven Street on June 18.
He returned a low range blood alcohol reading.
Malicious damage
The tyre of a ute was slashed overnight in Lithgow.
The ute, which was parked in a Main Street car park, was targeted between 12.30am and 1am on Friday, June 21.
