It's overcast, rainy, windy and sunny all in one day.
Strangely enough it's not even that cold and we're only 10 days away from the shortest day of the year.
It was a balmy 12 degrees this morning and is expected to get all the way up to 19 degrees today.
According to weatherzone.com, Lithgow is looking at a top of 14 degrees on Thursday with a 40 per cent chance of less than one milimetre in showers predicted this afternoon.
The weather website has one thing right, it IS mostly cloudy. But it's the mostly part that is getting us puzzled.
There was patchy fog this morning and then chances for rain this evening. The winds were between 20 and 30 kilometres an hour this morning and are expected to go down to 15 to 20 kilometres an hour this afternoon.
The rest of the week is expected to be frosty. Friday is predicted to reach 13 degrees with a low of one degree overnight. Saturday will also be 13 degrees with overnight lows of negative one. Sunday will get to 12 degrees with overnight lows of minus one also.
From Friday until next Wednesday are meant to be frosty mornings and sunny days.
As for today we hope you have your umbrella and your sunglasses....we think.
What do you think?
