Special guest, Walk 'n' Talk for Life founder Shannon Nevin, will be in attendance at the event at Blast Furnace Park. It will kick off at 9.30am.
"I'm so happy that Lithgow has embraced our event and the community is still coming together," Mr Nevin said in a statement on Walk 'n' Talk Lithgow's home page.
"I hope to see you [at Blast Furnace Park]."
