You might know him as the man walking for multiple sclerosis (MS) and you may have seen him walking along the highways.
All the way from Springwood, Greg Chidgey is well on his way to Cairns.
Two months ago Greg stopped over in Lithgow where he received a helping hand from locals and businesses, he's now at Proserpine in Queensland with only 606 kilometres to go until he reaches his destination.
The 64 year-old has encountered many challenges over the last couple of months but said he remained positive with plenty of help from the places he's stopped over at.

He currently has a heel injury causing him to limp but is set to see a physio before moving on to the next town.
So far Greg has raised just over $22,000 out of his $50,000 goal.
