Saturday and Sunday are expected to be slightly overcast, with little or no chance of rain and a maximum temperature of 19 on Saturday and 16 on Sunday.
The Bureau of Meteorology has predicted snow for Lithgow, the Jenolan Caves area and Orange during the evening on May 29.

The predicted snow fall would follow a cold snap on Monday and Tuesday, which would see maximum temperatures fall to just 11 degrees, with an overnight low of 1 degree.
But it will be Thursday next week that will be coldest day predicted: After an overnight low of -3, it will reach just 10 degrees. Rug up, everyone.
So far in May, maximum temperatures have been up an average of two degrees at 16.4, while minimum temperatures have remained about the average at 3.2.
With just seven days left in May, we are significantly behind the average rainfall for the month, with just 31mm recorded. Most of that fell in one day on May 4, with 24.8mm recorded.
The average monthly fall for May, based on the Bureau of Meteorology's records, is 63mm.
It follows on from a very dry April, in which just 21.3mm was recorded, more than 40mm lower than the average.
