The New Era side players were each nominated by their individual clubs and then selected in round one's matches at Portland based off their performance on the day.
The rugby league side will be coached by Portland Colts' Dallas Booth and the league tag side will also be coached by Portland's Joanne Battersby and Bianca Griffiths.
New Era's rugby coach Dallas Booth said he looked forward to coaching the team and getting them together for what he thought was a great concept.
"The rep competition game gives both men and league tag players something to strive for, and while Woodbridge have 10 teams to choose from I'm confident we have a side that will be up for the challenge," he said.
