Officers from Chifley Police District said Kylie Trindall was last seen at her home address in Kelso on the morning of Thursday, May 16.
She has not returned to that location since and this behaviour is considered to be out of character.
Anyone with information on Kylie's whereabouts is asked to contact Bathurst police on 6332 8699 or Crime Stoppers 1800 333 000.
Information provided to police will be treated in strict confidence.
